She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kollar and Veronika Jurek; her husband Thomas F. Lenio; her daughter Diana M. Lenio; her son-in-law Thomas R. Kolbicka; and her siblings, John Kollar, Edward Kollar, Bernard Kollar, Andrew Kollar, Joseph Kollar, Mary Gill and Helen Hale.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas A. Lenio (Suzanne) of Montoursville, Martha V. Kolbicka of Nanticoke and Nancy A. Kovalski (Andrew) of Hanover Twp; her grandchildren, Lisa Foley, Diana Moyer (David), Thomas Lenio (Ting), Kyle Lenio (Marissa), Nicholas Lenio (Christen), Andrew T. Kovalski (Amanda Lucas) and Jessica A. Hasan (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Sean Foley, Madison Foley, Sara Moyer, Olivia Moyer, Siena Lenio, Isabelle Lenio, Alessia Lenio, Tristan Lenio and Micah Lenio.
