In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Carol leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Carol may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow W. Dech and Margaret A. Dech (Prahm); and her son Douglas W. Stout. She is survived by: her husband William C. Stout; her children, Deborah L. Mosser (Gary) of Bethlehem and Gregory A. Stout (Kelley) of Schnecksville; and her siblings, Gloria Ashmore of Phillipsburg, NJ and Ronald Dech of Easton.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (5300 Green Pond Rd, Easton, PA 18045). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
