Shipkowski of Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Shipkowski and Jean Stebulis Shipkowski; and his siblings, Dennis "Butch" Shipkowski and Jean Danko. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Eley; his children, Carolyn Connell (Tony), Thomas of Wilkes-Barre, Bernard "BJ" Shipkowski of Wilkes-Barre, Sam Eley and Kingston; his grandchildren, Jared Melton, Olivia Connell and Brady Shipkowski; and his siblings, Marilyn Ryan of Aurora, CO and Hank (Roberta).
