Cadenhead (Myers); his children, Jason Cadenhead, Michelle Cadenhead, Joseph McCabe, Mary McCabe (Chad McCabe) and Virginia Hackel (Tomie Hackel); his brother Lee Cadenhead (Diane Cadenhead); and his grandchildren, Ashley Jones-McCabe, Kevin Michel, G. Scott Michel, Heather Davis (Edward Davis) and Corline Craigmiles (Joshua Craigmiles). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
