She is survived by: her children, Lorraine (Erich Nitzsche) of Stanardsville, Virginia and Daniel (Pimjan Barwick) of Philadelphia; and her grandchildren, Schuyler Nitzsche, Varick Nitzsche, Samantha Nitzsche and Rhys Barwick.
