He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Haines and Agnes Permuko Haines; and his wife Barbara Ann Bihon Haines. He is survived by: his brother Harry Haines (Marjorie) of Latrobe; his brothers-in-law, Tom Bihon (Judy) of Hannastown, Andy Bihon of Tidioute and John Bihon (Lounna) of Larimer; and his cousins, Pat and Ron Burke of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
