He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilmar R. Hagen and Gertrude M. Hagen (Brixius); and his brothers, Hilmar, Carl, Robert and Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Hagen of Enola; his daughter Elisabeth A. Hagen (Daniel S. Gabbay) of Arlington, VA; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew, Ned and Nora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
