He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert A. Kocher and Wilhemia Kocher (Karl); and his brother Richard Kocher. He is survived by: his wife Madeline S. Kocher; his children, Charles R. Kocher, Gerald Kocher, Jacqueline Woods (Woody) and Deanna Schnitker (Eric); and his grandchildren, Mariel Woods, Dylan Woods, Ethan Woods, Walsh Kunkel, Jake Kunkel, Clarissa Ettinger and Jesse Kocher.
