He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Locklin and Margaret Henneforth Locklin; and his grandson Spencer Locklin. He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Locklin; his children, Shari Palmer of Prompton, PA, Jay Locklin (Katrina) of Roan Mountain, TN, Kari Janiszewski (Kenny) of Hollisterville, PA, Jason Locklin of Hollisterville, PA and Glenna Barletta (Victor) of Lake Ariel, PA.; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Nicole Palmer, Tristen, Samantha, Jacob, Jennifer, Halley Locklin, Zane, Luke Janiszewski, Rhys Locklin, Caleb, Tyler and Gianna Barletta; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Isabella, Benjamin and Noelle; and his siblings, Richard Locklin (Alice), Joyce Lyon and Gayle Hemmler (William).
