He is survived by: his parents, Arend Ubben and Myrtle Ubben (Hegland); his wife Rosemary of Blairsburg; his daughter Robin Ubben Kennedy (Mike) of Ames; his grandchildren, Mykah Kennedy and Ravyn Kennedy; and his siblings, Paul Ubben (Sharon) of Jewell and Marilyn Schlafke (John) of Jewell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
