We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Rita G. Sweeney of Hamilton, Pennsylvania, born in Buffalo, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermin Gradwohl and Veronica Gradwohl (Konopa); and her sister Joan Lehoux. She is survived by: her husband Christopher J. Sweeney; her children, Sharon A. Sweeney of Stroudsburg, Eileen S. Crowther (Michael) of Bargersville, Indiana, Christopher J. Sweeney Jr. (Yvonne) of Mountaintop, Margaret S. Dolan (Gregory) of Stormville, NY, Timothy J. Sweeney (Jill) of Orefield and Sheila S. Thielbar (Dale) of Grand Haven, Michigan.; her grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Erin, Timothy, Dale, James, Taylor, Sheila, Julia, Anna and Caroline; and her siblings, Marcia Trebb of Lockport, NY, Therese Chaplin of Tonawanda, NY and Richard Gradwohl of Buffalo.
Masks are required and social distancing will be in place in accordance with the Church's COVID-19 protocol.
