He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Irvin and Mary Price (Shafer); and his brothers, Leon Price and Bruce Price. He is survived by: his wife Anita K. Price (Schoonover); his children, Judy Ann Williams (Kevin) of Wyalusing, Brian I. Price (Susan) of Batavia, IL, Jacqueline Elliott (Keith) of Reeders, Cecelia Ritter (Garry) of Emmaus, John C. Price (Rhonda) of Saylorsburg and Joel J. Price of Stroudsburg; and his great grandchild Pop-Pop. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
