She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene C. Hafler; her parents, Marshal R. Phillips and Naomi C. Phillips (Possinger); and her sister Ethel Rinehart. She is survived by: her sons, Jack Hafler (Cindy), Kevin Hafler and Douglas Hafler (Pam); her grandson Matthew Hafler; her stepgrandchildren, Lisa Bonfandio and Eric Bird; her siblings, Jeannie LaBar, Sherry Starner (Bob), Mildred Weber, Mike Phillips (Debbie) and Marty Phillips (Joellen); and her brother-in-law Larry Rinehart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to the activities fund at Pleasant Valley Manor, 4227 Manor Drive, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
