She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bartosevich and Antoinette Bartosevich (Wisocki); her husband James H. Butz; her sons, James Butz (Allen Butz) and Roger Butz; and her brothers, Ed Bartosevich, Frank Bartosevich, Joseph Bartosevich, Anthony Bartosevich and Paul Bartosevich.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Linuci (Pat), Caroline Brockley (Eric), Diane Stewart, Gail Custard and Linda Browning; and her sister Bernadine Motzkus (Edward). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
