We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2024, at the age of 92, David S. Forth of Hamilton, Pennsylvania, born in Fredericton, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Forth and Marjorie Forth (Baker); and his siblings, Gordon, Reginald Forth and Elizabeth Forth.
He is survived by: his wife England; and his children, Christopher Forth (Barbara) of East Stroudsburg, Gillian Chase of Saylorsburg and Susan Hagler (Lawson) of Brenard, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two step granddaughters, and two great grandchildren.
