He was predeceased by: his daughter Crystal L. Fuller. He is survived by: his parents, Alexander P. of Minisink Hills and Sharon Fuller (Pugh) of Minisink Hills; his significant other Anne Smeltz; his son Dan Smeltz; his siblings, Sharon Starkes (Lon) of East Stroudsburg and Shawn Fuller (Vicki) of East Stroudsburg; his nephew Steve Starkes; his niece Rachel Starkes; and his former wife Tracy Fuller (Halterman) of North Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to Clark Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
