He is survived by: his parents, Wilber Noel Diaz-Ortiz and Christina Ramirez-Burgos; his brothers, Ryan Noel Diaz-Ramirez and Zendiel Joel Diaz-Ramirez; his grandparents, Roman Ramirez and Iuelisse Burgos Luna; and his uncles, Michael Ramirez, Raymond Ramirez, Gibert Diaz-Ortz and Cristian Diaz.

Yesier was an organ donor through the Gift of Life Donor Program and helped many people's lives through his donation.
