He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley R. Smith and Anna T. Smith (Whalen); and his sister Carole A. Parker. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Smith (Fink); his brother Stanley R. Smith, Jr. (Patricia R. Smith); and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie L. Hartman and Timothy D. Hartman. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
