She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin H. Hoffman; her parents, Earl J. Berger and Verna P. Berger (Adams); and her stepchildren, Robert L. Hoffman and Melba A. Weller.
She is survived by: her son James P. Miller. She is also survived by Three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
