She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald F. Bleile; her parents, Mark V. B. and Katie E. Miller (Mogel); her children, Nancy Lee Bleile and Kim M. Bleile; and her sister Anna Potteiger.

She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Dennis M. Bleile of San Ramon, CA and Steven M. Bleile; and her brother Robert Miller. She is also survived by Four grandchildren, five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Shirley's honor to St. Luke's Union Memorial Fund, 431 Franklin Street, Shoemakersville, PA 19555.
