He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Geist and Katherine Geist; and his brother Ronald Geist. He is survived by: his wife Emma J. Geist; his children, Todd Geist (Tracey), Lori Geist (Terry Thomas), Chris Geist and Amy Geist (late David R. Flores); his grandchildren, Timothy Geist, Amber Geist, Rachel Geist, Jared Brown, Jeffrey Brown and Leanna Lopez; his great grandchild Emma Rose Brown; and his brothers, Gary Geist and Terry Geist.
