He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark M. Brensinger and Mary H. Brensinger (Binner); his sister Rita Witkus; his nephew Tim Witkus; and his siblings-in-law, George, Carol Lau and John Lau.
He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Brensinger (Lau); his sons, Michael A. Brensinger and Daniel M. Brensinger (Edenburg); his grandchildren, Claire, Grant, Alyssa and Adam; his stepgrandson Trevor Schlachter; his stepgreat-granddaughter Callie Schlachter; his sister Brenda Watkins-Hirsch (late Charles Hirsch); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Kelly (late Doug), Barbara Findling, Kathie Sievert (late Steve), Barry Lau, Harry Lau (Cindy) and James Lau (Flo). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
