She was predeceased by: her husband Paul A. Phillips; her parents, George A. Heinly and Mamie Heinly (Trexler); and her sisters, Ruth Schearer (Heinly) and Esther Hein (Heinly).

She is survived by: her son David P. Phillips (Karen); and her grandsons, Andrew, Adam and Aaron (Alaina).
