She was predeceased by: her husband Bobbie M. Bellinger Born; her parents, James A. Kinley and Annabell Kinley (Brunson); her son Dewayne G. Kinley; and her siblings, Meridith Kinley, James A. Kinley, Jr., Inella Lowerery and Gregory Kinley.

She is survived by: her children, Lawandale R. Foster (Bellinger) of Winter Park, FL, Bobbie M. Bellinger, II (Sedz), Orwigsburgs, Emmanuel V. Kinley (Sonya) of McDonough, GA, Russell C. Anderson (Dung Nguyen) of Manor, TX and Shauntay T. Chavis; and her siblings, Jamie Brown, Hollis of Queens, NY, Victor Kinley of McDonough, GA and Waymon Kinley of Savannah, GA. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
