Colby Scheffler (Morgan), Corey Scheffler, Chloee Stitzel, Carlee Stitzel, Cassie Stitzel and Everly; and his brother Larry D. Stitzel (Debra).

“Remember Mark in Hershey one year at the yearly conference of Township officials that I attended when I was a full time member of the Zoning Hearing Board in Upper Bern Township; we knew each other from high school and I remember one year he sat in front of me in homeroom. He was very gracious at Hershey and had a nice spread of food and snacks set up in his room there for all to enjoy. It was so obvious he really enjoyed being involved with the township. My condolences to his entire family.”
