It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Evans (Hamburg, Pennsylvania), born in Laureldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 27, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis A. Madenfort and Estella A. Madenfort (Steeley); and her siblings, Doris, Jim, Lewis, Ruth and Lois.

She is survived by: her sons, David C. (Lynn C.), Phoenixville, Earl D. (Judy L.), Evans and Wyomissing Hills. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
