He is survived by: his spouse Lyndell M. Johnson (Bates); his children, Cory M. Johnson (Lindsay) and Lindsay C. Crespo (Steven Crespo); his grandchildren, Kaeli G. and Jordyn L. Crespo; and his children, Thomas H. G. and Scarlette A. J. Johnson.
