He was predeceased by: his mother Susan A. Martzall (McNally); and his pet Dojo. He is survived by: his father Stephen A. Martzall; his stepdaughter Ashley M. Horton (Joseph); and his siblings, Jorn H. Martzall (Debra M.), Denver, Joel R. Martzall (Gina M.) and Stephanie R. Hertzog (Martzall). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
