Ruppert, Suzanne M. Balthaser (Ruppert), Margaret M. Becker (Ruppert), Timothy J. Ruppert, Christopher K. Ruppert, Joel D. Ruppert, Heather N. Biehl (Ruppert) and Sara E. Ruppert; his nephew Scott Hall; his niece Cheri Vollbracht (Becker); his stepchildren, Michele E. Kunkel (Ruppert) and Dennis A. Ruppert; his siblings, Donald M. Becker and Carol A. Hall (Becker); and his nephew Craig Becker.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc. (223 Peach St, Leesport, PA 19533). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Zion's Cemetery (318 Spies Church Rd, Reading, PA 19606).
