He is survived by: his wife Arlene B. Rhoads (Naftzinger); his children, Michele D. Wisniewski (David A.), Betty Bray (Keith), Sally Snyder (late Stuart Snyder), Bern Twp and Victor R. Rhoads; and his siblings, Robert R. Rhoads (Marian) of Phoenix, AZ and Betty J. Keller (late Raymond) of Ocala, FL..
