He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Riegel (Ashley M.); his grandchildren, Madison and Carter; and his siblings, Michael D., Patrick F., David S. Kachurka, Colette J. Ashton (Kachurka), Jane L. Hollingshead (Kachurka) and Catherine M. Smith (Kachurka). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
