Ernest Shobe Obituary

We bid farewell to Ernest Shobe of Hamburg, Pennsylvania, born in Lima, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 19, 2025 at the age of 78. Ernest touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Shobe and Virginia E. Bentz; his wife Penny of Ernie's Appliance Repair Service; his son Ernie, Jr.; and his grandson Mark Schaner.

He is survived by: his former wife Sandra King; his children, Ernest L. Shobe, Jr. and Lisa M. Trayer (Shobe); his former wife Phyllis H. Dewey; his siblings, James Shobe (Joyce), Paul Shobe (Sue), Melva Vaughn (Teddy) and Naomi Degraw; and his children, Katrina Robinson (Brad), Jeremy Shobe, Jennifer Shobe and Kristopher Shobe (Ashley). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, as well as great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hamburg Community Seventh-Day Adventist Church (22 Willow Rd, Hamburg, PA 19526).
