He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mimi; his daughters, Sarah Kalagian (Jake) of Seattle, WA and Linda Underwood of Hamburg; his sister Suzanne Brandeau of Los Altos, CA; his parents, Elmer Schmitt and Irene Kennedy Schmitt; his great grandchild Mazie Strouse of Shillington; and also Jessie Didow. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
