He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Van Wert (Ross); his parents, Wellington "Ed" Wert and Joan Van Wert (Dwulitt); his grandfather Ed's; his former wife Marge; and his grandson Jeremiah.
He is survived by: his children, Joan, David, Lori, Kevin, Bob, Debbie, Roy, Kim and Ann Marie. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, growing number of great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren + all the children's spouses, extended family and many friends.
