He is survived by: his wife Betty Adams (Hess); his daughter Cheryl Martin; his close friends, Jeff Groff, Shartlesville and Denise Adams; his children, Wanda (Bill Moore) and Todd Lesher; his grandchildren, Billy (Delight Harvey), Ryan (Kristie Martin) and Josh Martin; his close friends, Amber Miccicke and Zachary (Ashley Martin); and his great grandchildren, Cody (Victoria Harvey), Madison Harvey, Ella, Kenzie, Carson, Adalyn, William Martin and Gavin Miccicke.
