He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin J. Homm and Hazel Homm (Wiesner); and his brother Roger E. Homm. He is survived by: his wife Catherine E. Homm (Kauffman); his children, Dale K. Homm (Connie) and Cathy L. Birmingham (Barry Becker); his grandchildren, Daniel Homm (MaryBeth), David Homm (Sara), Cassondra Kissinger (Kurt), Ashley and Abby Birmingham; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Anna, Lily, Landon, Peter, Jason and Amelia; and his pet Buddy.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Reformed United Church of Christ (76 S 3rd St, Hamburg, PA 19526). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First United Church of Christ (76 S 3rd St, Hamburg, PA 19526).
