He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton G. McNeill, Sr. and Jeannette A. McNeill (Lord); and his brother Carlton G. McNeill, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Victoria L. McNeill (Lilley); his children, Dana Zerbe (Linda) of Dagsboro, DE and Denise McNeill; his siblings, Barbara Baker of Benton, PA, Bob McNeill of Robesonia, PA and Jerry McNeill of Hamburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Dominique and Xavier.
The family requests that masks and social distancing be practiced during the viewing.
