She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Webb and Elizabeth Jane Webb (Thompson). She is survived by: her siblings, John Thomas Webb, Anita Louise Webb, Brian K. Webb and David Eric Webb. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Debra's name to a Diabetes Foundation of ones choice.
