It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Forte (Hamburg, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 9, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William P. Forte, Sr.; and her parents, Walter Oleski and Mary Oleski (Aniszczyk). She is survived by: her close friend Dianne; her children, William P. Forte, Jr. (Amy), April L. (Joseph Wilson), Christopher M. Forte (Aimee) and Tilden Twp; her grandchildren, Violet, Billy, Nicholas, Hannah, Joey, Isabella, Gabriella, Christopher and Mason; and her siblings, Paul Oleski and Dolores Shene. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the current mandate in effect, all those attending must practice social distancing and wear masks.
