It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Allan F. Epting (Hamburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester F. Epting and Myrtle V. Epting (Fink); and his siblings, Clair, Vernon, Wayne Epting and Sarah Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Lela M. (Brown); his daughters, Julie R. (Christopher S. Strella) of Breinigsville and Stacey L. (Victor Alvarado) of Mohrsville; his grandchildren, Lauren Strella Wahba (Andrew Wahba), Cody Strella, Dante Strella, Kady Alvarado, Colby Alvarado and Victor Lee Alvarado; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Alex and Makenzie Wahba; and his sister Carole A. (James Gerner).
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory (40 S Fourth St, Hamburg, PA 19526). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the St Michael's Cemetery (529 St Michaels Rd, Hamburg, PA 19526).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be offered to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hamburg.
