He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur F. Grier and Elizabeth E. Grier (Smith); his wife Beverly Y. Grier (Thompson); his son Stanley D. Grier; and his son-in-law Jimmy Decker.

He is survived by : his children, Deborah J. (John W. Winans), Doreen Y. Armitage of Hallstead, PA and David S.; his daughter-in-law Jodi Grier of Binghamton, NY; his grandsons, Michael Grier, Jonathan Winans, Jason Winans, Bryan Grier, Brandon and Ty Decker; and his siblings, Ruth Shoemaker, Richard Grier, James Grier, Leon Grier and Evelyn Stark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations in Stanley's memory may be made to the local charity of choice.
