He is survived by: his wife Wanda McConnell; his children, Donald (Elaine), James (Susan), Robert Jr. (Diane), Thomas, William (Margo) and Carol Weigel; his grandchildren, Lisa Stepniak, Donald Jr., Beth Davis, Heather Martin, Amy Girts, Shannon Wagner, Melissa Young, Robert, Joseph, Sarah, Stephanie and Shelby Weigel; and his half-siblings, Richard and Betty Soncrant.
