He is survived by: his children, Tina Marie Van Gorden, John Rood (Veronica) and Raymond Jr. Rood (Alma); his son-in-law David Van Gorden; his grandchildren, Malinda Stabell (Richard), Megan Foster (Devon), Josh Rood (Lauren) and Jordan Rood (Mallorie); his stepgrandchildren, Natasja, Ashleigh and Shanyn; his siblings, Betty Dietrich, Dorothy Phoebus and Robert Rood Sr.; his pet Blackie; and his close friend George Stover, II. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
