He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ronald Rose, Richard and Charlotte Conklin. He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Conklin and Michael Conklin; his siblings, Jayden, Bryanna, Logan and Nayeli; and his grandmother Terry DiLuzio. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
