He is survived by: his friend John; his wife Pat Collins Kammerer; his grandchildren, Michelle Jerome (Ronnie), Christina Atkinson (Aaron), Michael Kammerer, Kyle Kammerer and Chris Shand; his siblings, Fred Kammerer (Grace), Ed Kammerer (Geri) and Trudy Kammerer Jenzer; his brothers-in-law, Jim Johnson, John Collins (Cindy) and Joe Collins (Toni); and his nieces and nephews, Marni Gleason (Jim), Jennifer Collins, Bill Collins (Katie), Adam Collins and Courtney Collins (Duane). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
