It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Marcy of Hallstead, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 3, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Marcy and Constance Marcy (Adams); and his son Matthew. He is survived by : his wife Ellen; his children, Melissa (Sean), Stephen (Jessicca) and Kristin (David); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Anthony, Breanna and Cyrus; his sister Cheryl; his brothers-in-law, Cy (Sue), Alton and Harold; and his caregiver Gerry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home (232 S Main St, Montrose, PA 18801).
