She is survived by : her husband Jerry Matthews; her children, Timothy Ballard (Brandi), Leslie Carey (AJ), Sarah Matthews and Jeremy Matthews; her grandchildren, Andrea, Katie, Dominick, Jericho, Damon, Lincoln, Declan, Lochlyn and Lilah; and her siblings, Louie Birtch and Laura Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
