He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Donald and Joyce Ann Welch. He is survived by : his close friend Jessica Cox; his sons, Brett Welch and Zack Welch; his grandchildren, Troy, Jaxson and Riley; his siblings, Steven Welch (Molly), Ronnie Welch and Kelly Tripp; and his stepmother Christina Sparks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
