He was predeceased by : his wife Betty. He is survived by : his children, Donald F. Knott Jr., David and Valorie Knott, and Brenda Rudock; his grandchildren, Jennifer and Scott, Jacob and Janelle, Jason and Erica, Josh and Melissa, Zachary and Amanda, and Emily and Carl; and his great grandchildren, Abby, Timmy, Ava, Remi, and Hudson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
