He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, David Carr Jr., Donna Carr, Tammy Carr, Michael Carr, Eileen Carr and Amy Carr; his grandchildren, Cyrena, Trenton, Jordan, Randy, Amber, Eric and Nathan; and his sisters, Mary Ann and Cherry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
